Her tenure at AIREKO as Director of Human Resources epitomizes her commitment to excellence, guiding the company to its recognition as a preferred employer for female talent for two consecutive years—a testament to her leadership and vision.

Identifying a crucial gap in the discourse around AI within HR, she embarked on a self-driven mission to master this domain, rapidly becoming a recognized AI in HR expert in Puerto Rico. Her recent accomplishment includes becoming a Certified AI Specialist under the wing of Terrance McMahon and the AI Learning Company.
